Coach Crump is a father, husband, international speaker, author, professional athlete, and professional speaking coach who has contributed to the success of countless professional speakers.
After becoming a Big Brothers Big Sister (BBBS) mentor 20 years ago, Coach Crump “The King Coach” was officially born. Knowing the value of mentoring in his own life, that he describes in his book “How II Win”, helped his personal growth and development and Coach took the opportunity seriously.
Coach Crump's BBBS mentorship experience led him to becoming an educator for 13 years. During his 13 year tenure in the education space, Coach was nationally recognized as an expert in mentoring and developing students which led to his appointment as the Director of Impact Mentoring Academy, an all boys private school on the island of Bermuda.

​He is a serial entrepreneur - and has successfully lead 3 different organizations. He has coached and mentored thousands of students and professionals. Coach Crump has also been invited to speak and train at several schools, universities, organizations and businesses nationally and internationally.
As a result of his success from mentoring and coaching students, leaders and entrepreneurs to become their best self, Coach Crump has fully leaned into letting his story empower, equip and educate others. He's dedicated his life to speaking, coaching and creating opportunities to share his experiences and provide value to those that want to tap into their full potential.

Currently Coach Crump is the Director of the Next Level Speakers Academy where he is responsible for training and developing thousands of speakers and entrepreneurs. He is also the head consultant for the Jeremy Anderson Group and Owner of Crumpler Enterprises.
